-Ayala Brut Majeur, part of the Top 100 Wine Enthusiast ranking: The pale gold color of this Champagne is more than a promise, it's an invitation to discover Ayala's fantastic roundness and fruitness . Pinot Noir gives the the wine richness and a long finish while the Chardonnay adds delicacy, liveliness and freshness.

-Ayala Rose Majeur: With its lovely copper glint and light cherry core is enhanced by a beautiful necklace of fine and and long tasting bubbles. This vinous and fleshy wine matches strength of the tannins and extreme tenderness of Chardonnay, which will lead you to a very generous finish.  

-Cave de Tain Saint Joseph Esprit de Granit, 2009: 100% Syrah, from the oldest vines of the Saint Jospeh vineyard with a very precise grapes selection process. The long maceration (3 weeks) conducts to this very intense wine, showing a dense and deep color, with black fruit flavors on the nose. The mouthfeel is very powerful, with complex aromas of black fruits and grilled notes, with balsamic touch.
