Friday Night flights presents Springtime in Spain. We all think of Spain for their red wines, but what about their sparkling wines and lovely, acidic white wines. As the forsythia blooms, we will offer an evening of wines that are lighter on the palate. The transition to lighter fares and longer evenings lead us to wines that are less dense on the palate. This evening will travel from cava, through white, to light-bodied red wine. The wine will be accompanied by light hors d’ouvres.
