The monthly tasting of the Princeton Chapter of The American Wine Society (AWS) will feature Syrah and Shiraz - A Grape of Many Continents.  This month will explore the differences in wine making style between the U.S.A., Europe, and Australia.  Light appys will be provided to enhance the tasting experience.  Seating is limited to first come - first served.

The AWS is the largest wine consumer based organization in the country with over 5,000 members and 150  chapters nationwide.  Membership is open to everybody from novice to full cellar, restauranteurs, home wine makers, foodies, etc.  We only ask that you come to learn or share your knowledge.  The Princeton Chapter holds monthly tastings generally in-home, with an emphasis on food pairing.  The National motto is "Promoting Appreciation of Wine Through Education."
