An experience for your senses!  Plan a weekend getaway to Skyland Resort (mile 41.7 on Skyline Drive) in Shenandoah National Park and include a wonderful culinary experience.  Our Executive Chef and the Vintner will be your guide for this delightful 4-course dinner highlighted with wine pairings.  Start your visit by arriving early for this event and then add an extra night to truly relax and unwind.

The menu includes:  Appetizer - Beef Points, Shaved Beef, Bleu Cheese, Toast Points paired with Route 33.  Salad – Louis Salad with Dungeness Crab, Iceberg Lettuce, Capers, Cucumbers, Apple Cider Vinaigrette, Cognac Thousand Island Dressing paired with Rkatsiteli. Choice of one entrée:  Osso Bucco, Veal Shank, Root Vegetable, Sweet Potato Puree, Cabernet Demi paired with Viognier OR Kabocha Ravioli with Spinach, Sage Brown Butter, Parmesan Cheese paired with Norton Red.  Dessert: Chestnut-Hazelnut Tart with Chestnut Sauce paired with Vintage Port.

$349.00 includes Friday night’s lodging and dinner w/wine pairings for 2p, Shenandoah etched wine glasses, breakfast for 2p on Saturday morning, applicable gratuities and surcharges.  Taxes are additional.
