Noon to 3 p.m. both days. Learn the time-honored techniques of flavorful artisan yeast bread in this two-day workshop, which covers preferments, sourdoughs and retarding dough. Students will make several types of bread, and will learn how to mix bread dough by hand and in a stand mixer,as well as shaping and baking.
