First Course: N. Italy- creamy corn polenta infused with aged locatelli cheese, white wine braised rabbit, broccoli rabe, natural stock.
Wine: Anselmi San Vincenzo 2010
Second Course: Central Italy- Squid Ink infused Potato Gnocchi: artichoke, sun dried tomato, olive oil, And natural beef juices.
Wine: Masciarelli Montepulciano d'Abruzzo (Abruzzi) 2009
Third Course: Southern Italy- Fish stew: Fresh sardines, blue fin tuna, fried calamari, Mediterranean olives, roasted garlic, San Marzano tomatoes, a white wine and basil infused cioppino sauce, garlic crostini.
Wine: Planeta La Segreta Rosso (Sicily) 2009
Fourth Course: Traditional tiramisu: espresso soaked ladyfingers layered with sweetened mascarpone cheese and a cocoa dusting.
Wine: Ricossa Moscato d'Asti 750ml 2010
