Join us on this amazing journey around Spain to explore some of the superb wine varieties that are becoming increasing popular throughout Perth. With the increase in tapas style eating in Perth, it is no wonder that the wines are making their mark. This course is a great introduction into not only Spanish wines and the varieties in the market, but also the cuisine. 

Wine Education Centre’s Lecturer Blair Hill has joined with Shaun Maher from Liquid Library to showcase a fantastic array of Spanish wines including:

·         Dry sherry

·         Cava

·         3 whites: Albarino, Verdejo and Godello

·         3 reds: Garnacha, Monastrell and Tempranillo

·         4 Tempranillos from different regions

·         Pedro Ximenez Sherry
