Cheese wars are back! The Scardello Tour de Fromage 2012 is a bracketed competition between major cheese producing areas around the world. Each will feature a blind tasting of cheeses from the two competing areas. At the end of each night, a victor will be crowned and move to the next round. In the end, only one can claim the Tour victory and wear the yellow jersey. Join Scardello on the first night for a rematch of last year’s battle finale!
