made in heaven. Join Sommelier Erica Archer for a guided tasting and discussion
with an incredible line-up of local handmade chocolates and chocolate desserts
and paired wines. We'll explore white chocolate, milk chocolate, bitter-sweet, dark
each paired with a wine that will have your palate singing! You’ll delve into
each paired wine style to see, smell, sip, and discuss regional influences on
style, body, flavor, aroma, price, chocolate pairing and much more. Bring your
love for chocolate and wine and join us in this fun event.
