We are having a wine dinner on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at Café Marbella in Chicago. Dustin Goldstein, the founder and CEO of The Enye Group, will be there to introduce the wines of the evening. The Enye Group is an importer of Latin wines from small family owned boutique wineries. If you have never been to Café Marbella you are in for a real treat. It is a jewel of a restaurant serving some of the best tapas available in all of Chicago. Café Marbella had developed a wonderful line-up of 7 courses including the opening medley of Almonds and Malaga Marinated Olives through to a wonderful dessert of Gypsy's Arm and Raspberries.
