"Learn To Taste White Wine Like An Expert" is a wine workshop designed to improve your wine tasting skills. Through a series of wine examples learn why white wine is every bit as fascinating as red wine. Learn about the razor's edge relationship between sugar and acidity, the roll of oak abd the difference between flavor and taste.
