I'm starting a new series of three, three hour wine classes at Sierra College on February 15.
The first one, "Learn To Taste Red Wines Like An Expert" is a wine workshop designed to improve your wine tasting skills. Through a series of wine examples learn to recognize the difference between taste and aroma, structure and flavor and acid and tannin.
Then take those new skills for a test drive as we look at the differences between some old world and new world styles and finish with a detailed look at Cabernet.
