Local Wine Events

Our wine tasting will feature Bohigas Brut Reserva Cava NV.  This is a white sparkling blend from Spain that has a straw yellow color accompanied by golden hues.  Aromas of apples and pears with some bakery notes on the nose are accompanied by a wonderfully persistent carbonation.  This is an extraordinarily pleasant Cava, with a very small production.  

We will be pairing our tasting with cheese from C'est Cheese, Main Street, Port Jefferson.
