VALENTINES SPECIAL

Just in time for valentines is our first ever pet'nat or Petillant Naturel which is a sparkling wine made naturally.  Ours is called Lily’s Cuvée in honor of our second daughter.  We started with organic Chardonnay from the Anderson Valley and with nothing added we bottled it under crown cap before the fermentation completed.  The fermentation continued in bottle, where the bubbles were trapped and the result is a delicious, refreshing and delicate sparkling wine. 

We did not disgorge which means there is ample proof of our unfiltered natural winemaking.  To successfully open and serve without the natural sediment requires following very specific directions.  As a result it is ONLY available in our tasting room and for Valentines it is available in a special 3 pack for only $1.  Our Red, White & Bubbles pack is $69 and includes 1 bottle each of:

• ·        2010 Stone Crusher Roussanne, El Dorado ($30/btl)
• ·        2009 Perli Vineyards Syrah, Mendocino Ridge ($38/btl)
• ·        2011 Lily’s Cuvée, Chardonnay, Anderson Valley Sparkling Wine ($28/btl)

 The tasting room will be open Friday February 10 – Sunday February 12, 2-6p and for this weekend only you can sample our bubbles and even get personal instructions for serving.  Included with your purchase is a special stand for settling and illustrated instructions by Isabel.
