Ring in the beginning of spring with this month’s Winemaker’s Dinner at Alderbrook Resort & Spa!

Enjoy an expertly crafted menu from Executive Chef Lucas Sautter and pairings by Beringer Vineyards.  Dinner will feature six delectable courses including cast iron seared duck breast, filet of beef tartare, juniper braised elk osso bucco, among a multitude of other mouth-watering dishes. Stay the weekend and make the most of your relaxing experience with an indulgent treatment at the full-service Spa, get in a round on the 18-hole PGA-class golf course, or come back for seconds at The Restaurant at Alderbrook.
