ANTIPASTO- PRIMO: choice of one
- Pettini spolverati con Porcini- Alaskan sea scallops lightly dusted with Porcini mushrooms then seared and topped with a Roma tomato chutney
- Risotto al Rosso Chianti- Vialone Nano Arborio prepared with Castello di Volpaia Chianti and topped with shaved Grana Padano
SECONDO: choice of one
- Ravioli ai pomodori secchi- Ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and sun dried tomatoes in a heart shape, served upon a duo of sauces
- Gamberi alla griglia al limone- White Mexican shrimp grilled and served with an egg fettuccine tossed in a delicate lemon wine sauce
- Vitello all griglia- French veal chop with a morel mushroom demi glace and served with baby carrots, cipolin onions and roasted fingerling potatoes
DOLCE: choice of one, each served with your choice of Macchiato, Cappuccino, Expresso or Caffe Americano
