Join us at Cheuvront for a German themed dinner with three courses of food paired with carefully selected wines.  This will be an amazing event that you don't want to miss.  $45 per person and reservations are required.  Here is the menu that we will be offering:

Appetizer

Served over potato pancakes shaved asparagus and Creme Fraiche sauce   

Paired with 2010 Pratsch Gruner Veltliner

Roasted Pork Loin

Served over buckwheat spaetzle and braised bacon cabbage sauced in a Robert demi glace paired with 2009 Heinz Eifel Spatlese Riesling

 Herb rubbed chicken breast

Served over buckwheat speatzle and braised bacon cabbage sauced in a Robert demi glace paired with 2009 Heinz Eifel Spatlese Riesling
