A grilled scallop over potato and fresh herb hash, sweet corn emulsion and scallion salad with the 2010 Stags’ Leap Winery Chardonnay

Lamb porterhouse over black truffle polenta, fava beans, cinnamon and clove lamb jus with the 2008 Stags’ Leap Winery Cabernet

Oven roasted duck breast over sweet potato puree, calbenero, fig gastrique and duck cracklins with the 2008 Stags’ Leap Winery Petite Sirah

Charlotte Abricotine, a Kirsch genoise cake, apricot preserves, italian meringue and almonds with a sweet surprise from Stags’ Leap Winery
