Gaylord Texan’s Wine and Food Society invites you to their Perrier-Jouet Champagne and Wine Dinner in our elegant Old Hickory Steakhouse restaurant. Experience the delightful aroma from Executive Chef Joanne Bondy’s flavorful dishes and discover your favorite champagne and wine!
The Perrier-Jouet dinner features a variety of delicious champagnes and wines: Perrier-Jouet Brut Champagne Grand Brut NV, Brancott ‘B’ Malborough Sauvignon Blanc, Perrier-Jouet Vucee Belle Epoque, Graffigna Malbec Grand Reserve, and Sandeman Porto 20 Year Old Tawny.
Known for her numerous accolades including the honor to cook at the prestigious James Beard Foundation, Executive Chef Joanne Bondy’s menu features smoked Salmon Croquettes with Ginger Preserves, Lemon Tarragon Lobster, Chilled Blue Point Oyster with Pink Grapefruit, Macadamia Nut Tart and much more!
