Treat your sweetheart to an award winning wine this weekend! We're pouring samples of Rustic Roots wines this Friday. These wines blow us away, and we're not the only ones who think so. We'll open their Plum Rose wine, made with a blend of 5 varieties of plums. This wine imitates a nice Spanish Rose with slightly sweet front palate of candied strawberry and a boldly acidic finish of grapefruit and cranberry. The perfect match for sushi! We'll open their Peach/Nectarine dry table wine, which mimics a Pinot Grigio with a soft body and citus finish, very refreshing. We're proud to open the best fruit wine in Canada as awarded by the Canadian Wine Acess Magazine this year: The Santa Rosa Desert Wine.
