The French Cellar announces the 18th in a series of twenty Wine Appreciation Classes for the year 2012. Champagnes! will explore the various and unique Champagne styles and blends from the small family-owned vineyards to the larger well-known Houses. 8 unique Brut selections will be poured, from the more subtle to the most complex. Class will be held Wednesday October 17th at 7 PM, at 32 East Main Street (at College Avenue) in Los Gatos. Cost is $90 per person, including a light buffet of French cheeses.
