The French Cellar announces the sixteenth in a series of twenty Wine Appreciation Classes for the year 2012. Our new class, Wines of Bordeaux will explore 8 unique proprietors from both banks of the Gironde River, including both white and red wines, tasting the different blends of varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, from the least to the most complex. Class will be held Wednesday, September 12th at 7:00 PM, at 32 East Main Street (at College Avenue) in Los Gatos. Cost is $60 per person, including a light buffet of French cheeses,.
