The French Cellar announces the fifteenth in a series of twenty Wine Appreciation Classes for the year 2012. Red Wines of France offers an introduction to eight basic regional reds, from Burgundy to Bordeaux, the Rhone to Provence, and Alsace to the Loire, will be held Wednesday evening, September 8th at 7PM at 32 East Main Street in Los Gatos. 8 red wines representing these regions will be poured, comparing varietals, taste and value. Cost is $60 per person, including a light buffet of French cheeses. Class is limited to 16 participants.
