The French Cellar announces the eighth in a series of twenty Wine Appreciation Classes for the year 2012. Regional Rosés will compare and contrast 8 different French Rosés, that include 100% varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Cabernet Franc with standard blends, from various regions. Class will be held Wednesday June 6th at 7:00 PM, at 32 East Main Street in Los Gatos. Cost is $60 per person, including a light buffet of French cheeses.
