The French Cellar announces the fourth in a series of twenty Wine Appreciation Classes for the year 2012. Wines of the Rhône offers an introduction to the earthy blends of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Viogner grapes and the wines they make, along with a taste of the crisp white blends of Marsanne and Roussanne. 8 special selections will be poured, compared and contrasted fro the least to the most complex. Class will be held Wednesday April11th at 7PM, at 32 East Main Street in Los Gatos. Cost is $60 per person, including a light buffet of French cheeses.
