Join Dine Magazine for an amazing happy hour experience, as we visit the brand new Tapas Latin Fusion in Lantana. Tapas recently took over the gorgeous space previously occupied by Bar Italia and consists of the dining room — a 4,000 square foot garden oasis surrounded by fresh foliage, open bar area and a private wine room. It is located right next to the Old Key Lime House. Open since January 23, Tapas has immediately become a favorite among locals and features an extensive menu of hot and cold Spanish tapas, entrees like Trucha a la Navara (Serrano wrapped trout with Swiss chard and saffron coconut) and Churrasco a la Parrilla (Skirt Steak with Chorizo Fingerling and Crab Chimi-churri), specialty paellas and house specialties like the Cochinillo Asado (a whole roasted suckling pig for 4 or more).

Tapas Latin Fusion features the cuisine of Chef David Rodriguez, who before Tapas spent time at Oriente at Costa d’Este Beach Resort in Vero owned and Gloria and Emilio Esterfan, and Larios and Oriente in Miami Beach. In addition to this location, there is a second Tapas location in Stuart.

Cost: $10 in advance or $15 at the door. This includes 1 glass of wine and a selection of complimentary tapas. **Please note that this event will take place in the private wine room.
