We are happy to introduce our new Wine 101 Education Series in 2012. The series will consist of 5 courses designed to collaboratively give you an overview of wine tasting and wine making.
Our first course in the series is the Wine Basics—Overview, covering:
Varietals
Types/Pairing
Taste
Nose
Temperature
Drinking
Terminology
This class is $15 per person which includes the wine and the instructional booklet.
