Duetto di Gragnano- Pistachio Pesto Pasta- Prepared by our Chef/Culinary Program Director- Claudia Sansone. We’ve sourced an amazing pasta from a third generation pasta family in Italy. When prepared with this Pistachio Pesto, it’s one of our favorite dishes we experienced this year. Delicious!       

Hand Rolled Chocolate Truffles- Kollar Chocolates- Artisan Chocolatier Chris Koller has traveled Europe extensively, particularly Switzerland, France & Italy to study classic chocolates. He brings this passion and his creative twist into his chocolate workshop & studio. Kollar Chocolate just won Yountiville’s "Best New Business".
