Nichelini Cab Release from 30 Year Old Vines

Aimée Sunseri, 5th generation Nichelini winemaker and great-great-granddaughter of founder Anton Nichelini has uniquely created a Cabernet Sauvignon from 30 year old family vines. Hand harvested at night and cellared in a blend of French and American oak this wine has a limited production (384 cases). Take a sip of this wine and taste the difference 121 years make.  Leona Marini, 4th generation, is on hand to offer food pairings and stories while you breathe the air of another time. Sat and Sun, Feb 18-19, 11am to 5 pm.
