Learn the Art of Marmalades using special ingredients like vanilla bean & candied citrus to create artisan flavors. This class covers several different methods of preparation using a variety of citrus. We'll learn to make jelly out of wine as well as incorporating wines/spirits in our recipes. Students will take home 3-4 jars of their creations. After class we'll have a private wine tasting-featuring Dancing Creek's award winning wines & Jeannie's Artisan Jam h'orderves.
