The Celebrity Chef Tour; benefiting the James Beard Foundation is bringing the once-in-a-lifetime experience of dining at the famed James Beard House to the La Quinta Resort on February 25th. Three pioneering American Chefs - Jimmy Schmidt, Nancy Silverton and Stephan Pyles will join forces to create a culinary extravaganza. The evening will begin with passed hors d'ouevres and cocktails, where guests can meet and mingle with these extraordinary culinary talents. The chefs will then create a five-course menu, complete with wine pairings. On hand will be the winemakers for Domaine Serene and Pruett Vineyards creating and explaining the wonderful pairings. After dinner, guests will have the opportunity to talk to the chefs, ask questions and a get a true behind-the-scenes glimpse at the culinary world. An unforgettable evening that goes well beyond wine and food.
