If there’s one beverage that America has seemingly mastered, it’s beer. Excellent microbrews are scattered all over the states, leaving me with endless amounts of good beer to swallow (gym membership, check!). This dinner will be featuring our favorites of the New England locally brewed. And who better than local farm advocate, Executive Chef Mike Hazen to create a New England inspired 3 course menu featuring local ingredients to pair with the beers? This event is sure to satisfy your “buy more local” goal on your New Year’s resolution!
