Every year my friend William Miller at Harry’s Wine & Liquor Market joins Barcelona Wine Director Gretchen Thomas for a wine dinner on the patio, always our biggest wine event of the year. As our debut patio wine dinner of the warm seasons, we need no excuse to just have some great Spanish wines paired with Executive Chef Helton Da Silva’s food prepared on our outdoor grill. Fresh vegetables and herbs from our garden, chilled wines, roasting pig…what else could you want on a beautiful Sunday afternoon!
