While I am a firm believer in “good food plus good wine equals a good time,” there are some standard rules to follow to make sure your wine of choice doesn’t kill the flavor of your food and vice versa. Join Executive Chef Mike Blydenstein and I as we unravel the mystery of food and wine pairing with a tasting of some of my favorite wines from around the globe along side some signature creations by Chef Mike.
