A Taste of Monterey in Monterey, teams up with AQUA TERRA Culinary for Valentine’s Day on Tuesday, February 14.

Spend the evening on Cannery Row taking in the view of the Monterey Bay.  Sip award winning Monterey County wines from a Taste of Monterey.  Enjoy a menu inspired by love and created by Chef Dory Ford and AQUA TERRA Culinary.

The AQUA TERA team will be at A Taste of Monterey on Cannery Row for this special, first ever Valentine’s Day dinner.  Space is limited to 60 attendees.  The three course meal  paired with wines begins at 6:30 p.m. and costs $80 per person inclusive.  Reservations are required.  Call  831-646-5446 ext. 12 ( http://www.atasteofmonterey.com/sea_of_love) to make a reservation.

• Foraged Mushroom Strudel -- Citrus Crème Fraîche, Pear Frisée Salad, Vanilla Bean Vinaigrette

• Grilled Beef Tenderloin -- Creamed Spinach, Potato Puree, Brioche Croustade,  Red Onion Jam, Truffle Demi Glace
• Pan Roasted Halibut -- Saffron Risotto, Shrimp, Asparagus,  Beurre Rouge, Watercress

Dessert (Choice of one)

• Bittersweet Ganache Cube, Chocolate Pot de Crème, Goat Cheese Ice Cream -- Chocolate Marzipan, Triple Chocolate Cookie, Orange Dust Cardamom White Chocolate Sauce
