An experience for your senses!  Plan a weekend getaway to Skyland Resort (mile 41.7 on Skyline Drive) and enjoy a unique culinary experience.  A Horton Vineyard vintner will be your guide for these delightful 4-course dinners highlighted with wine pairings.  Start your weekend visit by arriving early for this event and then add an extra night to truly relax and unwind.

$39.00 includes Friday night’s lodging and dinner w/wine pairings for 2p, Shenandoah etched wine glasses, breakfast for 2p on Saturday morning, applicable gratuities and surcharges.  Taxes are additional. 

Menu includes:  Appetizer:  Smoked Salmon, Boursin Cheese, Fennel, Salmon Roe, Fried Capers, Crostini, paired with Rkatsiteli.  Salad:  Braised Shitake Mushroom Salad, Parsley Lemon Vinaigrette, Micro Greens paired with Eclipse White Wine.  Choice of one Entree: Braised Short Rib & Asparagus Ravioli, Fried Kale, Beef Demi, Tomato, Gruyere paired with Horton Norton Red Wine or Black Cod, Roasted Fennel, Jasmine Rice, Celery Root Cream, Fennel Oil paired with Viognier White Wine.  Dessert:  Strawberry Shortcakes, Slow Roasted Strawberries, Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream paired with Pear Port.
