I’m very happy to announce that I’ll be the host at New York Vintners on Friday, February 10th for a winemaker dinner featuring some of our best wines, products from the farm, and some fun surprises.    Please take a look at the event and the menu?   

 

I’m one of the first people to eschew traditional, slowly-paced dinners where the winemaker makes stuffy remarks about the wine and everyone ooh’s and ahh’s about the food and so on and so on.  Nope, not for me. 

SO!!!!

I hope you’ll know that Tres Sabores  “WMD’S”  start with my infamous pomegranate mimosas and move on from there.  In true Tres Sabores:  ‘three tastes in every glass’ style it’s about the vine, the terroir but even more importantly, it’s about the good company gathered around a festive table where tasty food (very tasty) and eminently drinkable wine contributes to the merriment.

Toasts abound! 

 

I know that several good friends are already coming and it’s going to be a  good party---I would love to have you join us as well!!!
