Laissez les bons temps rouler. The Way Out Wineries' annual celebration of Mardi Gras is Feb 10-12 at seven boutique Central Texas wineries.  Your ticket includes a special wine tasting glass to be picked up at your starting winery. Then visit all seven wineries for a great New Orleans style good-time wine-tasting, cajun-food-eating Road Trip.  Each winery will delight you with a wine tasting and a sample of New Orleans style dishes ranging from Gumbo to Jambalaya to Etouffee. Each ticket holder may draw a doubloon at each winery which can be used for discounts up to $3 on purchases. Beads, costumes, masks and zydecoe music will add to the fun. Costumes for visitors is encouraged and perhaps graded.
