Join Mandolin on Wednesday, February 22nd for a 7 course exploration of Chateauneuf du Pape, hosted by the venerable Peter Weygandt. Discover the ins and outs of the Southern Rhone’s most famous village by sampling several of the region’s most important estates, including a rare horizontal of 2009 Chapelle St. Theodoric, the appellation’s most progressive project, and a remarkable three vintage vertical of Domaine Charvin.
