On Friday, February 3rd, join us for a Winemaker’s Dinner at Carmel’s beloved Casanova Restaurant.  Guests will enjoy the famous Casanova cuisine presented in a 5-course meal, exquisitely paired with Scheid Vineyards Reserve Wines.  Winemaker Dave Nagengast and Scott Scheid will be on hand to share stories of the vintage and answer any of your winemaking questions.

Local Dungeness Crab with mango and avocado paired with Isabelle Sparkling Wine

Escargot with roasted bone marrow and local chanterelles paired with Reserve Chardonnay

Roasted Squab Breast with chestnut puree paired with Reserve Pinot Noir Clone 777

Slow-Braised Bison Shortribs with wild huckleberries and nantes carrot paired with Reserve Claret

Rogue Creamery Caveman Bleu with housemade fruit bread paired with Closing Bell Port
