Be the first to experience Cafe India’s new Indian Tapas menu and their new feature of hosting Scottish Craft Beer within the restaurant - we have teamed up with their chefs and with The Black Isle Brewery to challenge and delight your tastebuds:-
The evening starts with:
- A welcome drink whilst you settle down to a glass of Yellow Hammer with poppadoms and their signature spicy onion pickle
- We will then introduce you to 5 deliciously different dishes from the Tapas Menu (each created for 2 to share)
Dishes will be served one at a time, with chef sharing an explanation of how each is prepared and the team from Black Isle Brewery introducing you to 6 different beers throughout the evening, again with an explanation of how these are created and the flavours to look for in each.
The menu and beers featured will be:-
- Poppadoms with Cafe India’s spicy onion pickle and a glass of Yellow Hammer
- Kathe Mithe King Prawn (matched to Heather Honey Ale)
- Chapati Wrap (matched to Goldeneye)
- Bhindi Bhaji (matched to Blonde)
- Lamb Chops (matched to Porter)
- Indian Ice Cream float using Hibernator Ale
- Poppadoms and Naan bread are included
