The award-winning Sullivan's Steakhouse, known for the finest steaks, savory seafood and great live music in the Galleria area, is hosting a Joseph Phelps wine dinner on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 from 6:30 – 9 p.m. Executive Chef Teli Trikilis and his culinary team will treat guests to a specially-crafted menu designed to pair perfectly with the selection of Joseph Phelps wines.

Guests will experience an evening of  fine wine from the Phelps and Freestone wineries, both owned and operated by vintner Joseph Phelps, as they indulge in a delicious menu that features John Dory and wild mushroom risotto, roasted duck breast, and grass-fed strip loin.

Joseph Phelps bought his first plot of land in Napa Valley in 1973 and has spent the past four decades creating some of Napa Valley’s most prestigious wines. The focus of the Joseph Phelps Vineyards has always been on Bordeaux blends, but in 1999 Phelps acquired the Freestone Vineyards in the Sonoma Coast and today 80 acres of Pinot Noir and 20 acres of Chardonnay are producing even more incredible wines.

Space is limited, so call to reserve your place today, at (713) 961-0333.
