Jérémy TORELLI is a young and enthusiastic French sommelier and wine lover. For two years, he was the Head Sommelier of one of the most beautiful caves in France, a Michelin star-rated Relais et Château, located in the Alpes de Haute Provence. He recently worked as a sommelier at the Joël Robuchon Hôtel Métropole in Monaco. Classes address those interested in learning about grapes, terroir, wine making process and tasting. Come and share Jérémy’s passion for wines and enjoy samples of wine that represent most famous wine regions. Some basic French is helpful but not necessary.
