FIRST COURSE – INSALTA DI PESCE

Cold seafood salad calamari, octupus and shrimp, marinated in e.v. olive oil, house made white wine vinegar and marinated olives

 

WINE: Alverde Pinot Grigio (Molise)

 

SECOND COURSE- ORECCHIETTE BARESE

Ear shaped pasta, served with fresh rapini & Barese sausage in a garlic

Wine sauce with e.v. olive oil, and a hint of red chili, topped with parmigiano.

 

WINE:  Contizecca Negroamaro (Puglia)       

 

INTERMEZZO- SORBETTO DI LIMONE

Palate cleansing seasonal sorbet

 

THIRD COURSE- BRACIOLE DI CARNE

Sirloin beef rolls stuffed with garlic, parmigiano & parsley braised

In tomato sauce over soft whipped polenta

 

WINE: Contizecca Primitivo (Pugia)

 

FOURTH COURSE-CRÈME BRULEE

Creamy silky custard flavored with expresso, topped with caramelized sugar
