From the James Beard Foundations rising start chef of 2009 to being titled their Best Chef Mid-Atlantic in March 2011, Chef Solomonov has brought an authentic taste of Isreal-Mediterranian cuisine to the city of Philadelphia.
On March 5th, he will once again astound the city with a one night only menu created especially for the Gershman Y. Each dish exclusively created for the diners of the night will be paired with the perfect wine and each table will be visited by the chef himself to hear his inspirations for this culinary creation.
