Aqua blue in Roswell is offering a $50 four-course prix fixe menu in addition to their a la carte menu, from Friday, February 10 to Tuesday, February 14 for Valentine’s Day. Guests will enjoy Maine lobster chowder or a butter lettuce wedge, jumbo lump crab sushi roll, Aqua blue surf and turf and warm chocolate cake for dessert. For those looking to add a romantic touch to their dinner, optional long stem rose packages and champagne toasts are available for an additional cost.
