It always provides us great joy to indulge in wonderful food and wickedly good culinary combinations. There is nothing more sinful for a foodie than good rich wines and sumptuous cupcakes. We decided to celebrate the great wines of Italy with a delicious selection of those delightful confections. Come join us as we toast (literally) the All American Cupcake or fairy cake or patty cake – or whatever you wish you to name these beautiful, tasty little cakes.  

The Emerging Chefs are going to offer you a stunning selection of Italian whites, reds and proseccos. We will guide you through the rich tastes, aromas and whims of the Italian wines with the expert tutelage of Margaret Mann and Raffaele Scettro of Tuscany Distributors (http://tuscanydistributors.com/ohio/). They will work with cupcake baker extraordinaire Lilia Lipps of Indulgence Cakes (www.indulgencecakes.com) to pair an amazing collection of wines with an insane selection of cupcakes. Never has there been such a daring dessert experience like “Corks and Cupcakes.” And all of this indulgence will take place at Shaheen Modern and Contemporary Art (www.shaheengallery.com) – a stunning 4,000 square foot exhibition space in Downtown Cleveland. It will definitely be a night of beautiful art, wine and dessert all served with Cleveland flair.
