Week 1 – An Introduction to wine, how to taste wine
Week 2 – Food and Wine Pairing, how to store wine
Week 3 – France
Week 4- Italy and Germany
Week 5 – California, Oregon, Washington State
Week 6 – Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina, S. Africa
Week 7 – Spain, Portugal

Cost: $195.00 per person
7 wines tasted each class – bread and cheeses included
