Breaking Bordeaux

Like Walter White, we’ll break down Bordeaux wine by separately tasting each of the five varietals in a traditional Bordeaux and identifying its characteristics. We’ll taste 100% versions of Cab Sauvignon, Merlot, Cab Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec, and conclude with a tasting of an aged Bordeaux to determine which varietal brings what to the blend.
