-Ayala Brut Majeur, part of the Top 100 Wine Enthusiast ranking: The pale gold color of this Champagne is more than a promise, it's an invitation to discover Ayala's fantastic roundness and fruitness . Pinot Noir gives the the wine richness and a long finish while the Chardonnay adds delicacy, liveliness and freshness. 

-Croze Hermitage Rouge 2005: Northern Cotes du Rhone, the local micro climate is influenced by the Mediterranean sea. The deep dark color of the wine  announces a rich nose of red and ripe fruits with vanilla, grilled and spicy notes. The length in the mouth is very persistent, very powerful wine. 

-Croze Hermitage Blanc 2010: Located in the Northern Cotes du Rhone, left bank, this appellation concentrates more than 11 villages around Tain L'Hermitage. Pale yellow color with emerald green tint. This wine will surprise on the nose, with its complex and revealing exotic fruits flavors. Very fresh, very well balanced.
